Meet Chelsea (the daughter, and the cute one)! She currently lives in Southern California, and is a Ph.D. student working on her doctorate in biology. Chelsea loves vegan cooking and gardening in her container garden.
Below is Cath (the mother)! She currently lives in Iowa and crosses over the waters of the Mississippi every day where she serves as the pastor of a Presbyterian church in Illinois. When she is not cooking you can find her in the garden, working on home remodeling projects, playing the harp or the cello, reading, or just hanging out with her two mini-schnauzers.
